ICTOTICE is Hereby Given that application X% is intended to be made at the next sestion of the General Assembly of New Zealand by tho Selwyn County Council for leave to introdnce a Bill to enable the Council of the County of Selwyn to make and complete a certain water race between the rivers Hororata and Selwyn on the ose hand and the river Bakaia on the other hand and to maintain the same and generally to do all acts and things necessary and proper for the purpose of constructing completing repairing and maintaining the said water race and the works connected therewith.
