Bussia has consented to the proposal of England that the combined fleet should not disperse nntil the remainder of the Berlin Treaty is fully executed.
The total stock of tallow in London on the Ist instant was 14,390 casks.
At the wool sales to-day 7600 bales were offered, making a total of 79,000 bales catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sale was quiet. December 4, A.t the wool sales to-day 8,300 bales were offered, making a total of 87,300 bales catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sale shewed that prices were firmly maintained.
