The pay sheet, amounting to £296 4a Id for wages, £152 6s lid for material and goods, f?4 lis 64 for salaries, office rent and expenses, £180 interest en debentures, and £400 for sinking fund, was examined and passed fe? payment, and the meeting adjourned to Monday, 3rd January, 1881, after having authorised tbe chairman to open and accept tenders, returnable on the Bth inst.
