Mails oltte at the Chief Poet Office for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under:— . .* SATURDAY, AUGUST 5. PorKaikoura, per Go-Ahead, at 4.20 p.m. late fee letters, at 4.35 p.m.; guard's yon, 5.25 p.m. train. : For Northern Ports, per Hawea. at 7 p.m. Guard's van must not be used for this mail. TUESDAY, AUGUST 10. For Otago asJ Australian Colonies, per Botomahana. The next mail for the United Kingdom, &0., via Son Francises, will cloae at Christchorch on August 14th. Mail will be due in London on September 28th. . , . The next mail for the Umteu Kingdom, &c, via Brindisi, will close at Christchureh on August 25tb, at 7 a.m. Mail will be due in London on October 16th.
