Wednbbday, Mabch 31. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] dkbtobb and cbbditobs act and bb wm. obabtbbk, Beturn to rule nisi of March 24th. The debtor to show cause why he should not attain a meeting of bis creditors and submit himself for examination. Mr Cowlishaw moved that the rule be made absolute. Mr MoConnel appeared to show cause against the rule. His Honor made the rule absolute with costs.

Mr Cotterill moved .herein lor an order to attach the debt due by the sub-debtor to judgment debtor. His Honor granted the order as prayed.
