Wkdnksday, Mat 28. [Before H. Allwright, Eeq , Mayor.] Kbfctsai at Dctt. —Peter Warren, a seaman belonging to the barque Orient, wai brought up on this charge, and there being but one Justice of the Peace on the Bench, was remanded to gaol until next Monday. Thubsdat, Mat 29. [Before H Allwright, Esq., Mayor J : Deuhk.—John Hanly, for being noisily drunk on Wednesday at noon in a public place was fined 10s, and Charles Sinnock for like misbehaviour received the clemency of the Court, and was discharged, having promised to leave the place.
