Post Ofkcb Cab Stand.—Some littlo time ago attention waa drawn to the bad.state of the stand near the Post Office. A little ahingle waa put down, which did very well while the dry weather lasted. Latterly, however, it has again fallen into bad repair, and the horses are compelled to stand for some time in pools of water.
