Anderson, of injury likely to be done to his _H_tby the .drainage of Ford's road into Jfai&'i Creek. Referred to surveyor to npoit. From Mr E. H. Dobson, Lowcliff, esaplsbsßg of the manner in which contract at Loweliff was being toe. It was stated that the work comfhiiuri of would be completed satisfactorily. Iran Mr John H. Baker, Chief Surveyor, j«ip__ning that two pieoes of road formed if ths Board, and running diagonally __*Bfh the township of Dromore, recently fesdeut by applicants, destroyed the symmetry & tht township blocks; and stating that __w roads could not be retained. He now aoVised the Board on the subject, so that the rods be not gravelled. The following resoJatbn was passed:—" The members of the Bard are unanimously of opinion that the _T_f»m of the roads leading to Dromore titles, in the manner indicated on the plan E_anittsd by tho chief surveyor, is not oondastvs to the public convenience, and this Bond hopes the chief surveyor will rearrange the streets on the proposed township and ntafn f «"' n the direct line of access to the rsfivsy station, as laid down in the map of tin district." From Mr John Carter, asking se&sque for £1412s 3d for shingle taken out it Beeerre 1120 for Jones' road. Besolved te allow only for surface drainage.
