Fighting.—John Macnamara was presented for committing a breach of the peace, within view of a constable, by fighting in London street. He was sentenced to pay 2O«, or suffer forty-eight hours' imprisonment.
LuHAcr pbok Dbink.—William Grant was discharged from custody, after being under treatment for this m&lady for eight days. LmrAcrr.—William Price, on remand from Ohristchureh for treatment for lunacy from drink, was sent to Sunnyside Asylum, on the medical certificates of Dra, Rouse and Maodonald.
