From the evidence of complainant, and a witness, Mrs O'Neil, the ] Bench were quite satisfied that, although the i charge as to threatening language had not i been sustained, there was no doubt that ' accused had used grossly insulting language _ towards complainant, and he was fined £5 < and costs. . Amberley Town Hall Company v George Collier, claim £7 iOs; Mr Gresson for plaintiff, Mr Clark for defendant. This was to recover a balance due on five shares in the above company. Judgment for plaintiff, and costs.
