Monday, Sbprxbbb 9. [Before B, Stewart, Esq., UM., and J. T. Bouse, Esq., J. P.] DHtUTEBSifBas,—R. Hood, having been locked up since noon on Saturday, waa dismissed. StowAWATS.—Patrick McGill, Henry Howard, and Thomas Oakley were charged with being stowaways aboard tbe s.e. Rotorua from Wellington to Lyttelton. Mr Pringle, the purser, proved the offence. The Bench sentenced each of the prisoners to pay 50s, or in default one month's imprisonment, giving Oakley, who is a new arrival, a week to pay the fine.
