They must be addressed to the Hon the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside with the name of the contract for which the tender is made. Plans and specifications may be seen at the Public Works Offices, Timaru and Christchurch. Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be received under the usual conditions.
