Thubsday, October 26. (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq. 8.M.) PBEVENTION OP ACCIDENTS ON BAIL WATS ACT.—D. Cameron, on information of Detective Kirby, was charged with driving a mob of horses over a crossing on the Northern railway at Sefton at the time a train was approaching. Fined £5 and costs.

OXFORD. Wednesday, October 25. , (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq, R.M.) Cattle Tbespass Obdinancb. —F. Lenre, J. Pawson, T. Cusdin, J. Fisher, and H. Simmonds, for allowing cattle to stray on roads, were respectively fined 10s and costs. H. Sedcole, on two informations, was fined 20s and costs.

Slaughter House Ordinance.—Licenses under the foregoing Ordinance were granted to Richardson and Co, J. Bryde, H. Mascb, J. Dcncb, J. B. Pearson, J. R, Gorton, and H. Englebrecht. Civil Cases—Five or six tradesmen's debt cases, of no pnblic.interest, weredisposed of.
