AUSTBALIA. Sydney, July 17. The Hero's sailing is postponed till tomorrow. Extremely heavy rain hse fallen, a flood in the northern districts is threatened. Boon, the murderer, will be executed on Wednesday. The steamer City of Newcastle ran aground in. the Hunter River, and two men, taking a line ashore, were drowned. The Arawata has left Melbourne for the Bluff.
