Parliament, after a session of eleven months, will be prorogued to-morrow, only one Bill of any consequence passed— the long Bill for £2,800,000 for railway construction, erection of school buildings, aad watf>r works. The new Government House will be ready for occupation in June. Parliament must meet again in June. The scenes in the Assembly are looked for now regularly.
