[Before W. Donald, Bsq, R.M. | Absent from Ship.—John Powell Mills, for being absent from the Waftangi without leave, was sent to gaol for one week, with hard labor.

Stowaways.—Francis McLanghlin and John Dowling, for being stowaways on board the Wellington, were, on the evidence of the purser, Mr McCormick, sentenced to one week's imprisonment.

Public House Ordinance.— A. case against Mary Scott was adjourned for one week.
