BTAMP FEE ACT, 1875, Notice is hereby given, that the provisione of the Stamp Fee Act, 1875, will be brought into operation in the Offices of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in all its jurisdictions, on the Ist January proximo. Aftei that date all duties, fees, fines, and penalties payable to Begistra-s or Deputy-Begistrars in cash, must be paid by means of Stamps impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the Regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, fee. Copies of these regulations and stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and the principal Depositaries in the chief towns of Provinces. Forms ol Writ, Summons, Subpoena, and others wil] be impressed at the Head Office for Solicitors and others on receipt of Requisition £ and Bank receipt for the amount less the authorised discount, together with the forme i required to be stamped. !
