I hereby give notice, pursuant to the provisions of the Canterbury Waste Lands Act,, 1866, that an application has- been lodged ia the Land Office, Christchurch, by Messrs Stndholme Brothers, as holders of Pasturage License No. 735; Class- 3s.to- have the said License Cancelled, and in lien thereof to have two separate Licenses issued by the Waste Lands Board, as follows:—One for the portion of the lands now held under the said License, colored' pink on tracing thereof attached to said application,, to issue to John McGregor,, of Dunedui, civil engineer, and the other for the remainder of the lands now held under License No. 735 aforesaid, <to issue to Messrs- Stndholme Brothers afore* said.
