Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Clause 16 of the Municipal Corporations Acts Amendment Act, 1875, and Clause 83 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1867,1 hereby give notice that the annual ELECTION OF MAYOR will take place on the 17th day of DECEMBER, 1875, and I hereby , require all Candidates to be Nominated as hereinafter mentioned before the day of Nomination, 7th day of December, at the office of the Town Clerk.. Any person desiroue of Nominating a Candidate most do ao by leaving at the office of the Town Clerk, before four o'clock on the afternoon of the 6th day of December, a Nomination Paper in the form, or to the effect, given in the ninth Schedule to the said Act of 1867. Such Nomination Paper must be signed by not less than three persons duly qualified to vote at the Election, and also by the p<raon named therein as Candidate.
