I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to the provisions of The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866, that an application has been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by WILLIAM SAUNDERS, as holder of Pasturage Licenses Nos 273 and 378, Class 3, to have the eaid LICENBES CANCELLED, Jand in lieu thereof, to have one license issued to him by the Waste Lands Board, which shall include the whole of the lands now comprised in the said licenses. And further, contingent on the above application being granted, the said William Saunders has applied to have the license last above-mentioned, cancelled by the Waste Lands Board and in lieu thereof, to have separate licenses issued to the persons hereinafter named, as follows: a separate license in the name of John McGregor for the portion thereof, containing about 6600 acres on the south-west side of the " Case " stream, as colored green on the tracing or plan of the lands attached to the said application, and a separate license in the name of JNicole Radoye for the remaining portion thereoi, as colored yellow on said tracing. If any person can shew cause why the said applications should not be granted, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board, at a sitting thereof, at the Land Office, Christchurch, before the sth day of July, 1875. And further contingent on the above application being granted, the said William Guise Brittan has applied to have the License last above mentioned cancelled by the Waste Lands Board, and in lieu thereof to have separate Licenses issued to the Honorable Edward William Stafford and the Honorable Ernest Gray severally, which shall comprise various portions of the Lands held under the said License, as shown and colored green and pink respectively on the tracing or plan of the lands attached to the said application. .If any person can show cause why the said applications should not be granted the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board, at a sitting thereof, before the 12th day of July, 1875.
