[Before A. H. Cunningham and J. C. Boys. Esqs.J POLICE ORDINANCE. James Dew. arrested by Mounted-constable Cunningham at Oxford, was charged with having been drank and disorderly in a licensed house, resisting and assaulting the police, and damaging a uniform. Fined for the first offence 10s and costs; for assaulting the police, £2; and ordered to pay £1 for damage to uniform, or in default fourteen days' imprisonment with hard labour.
