SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, November 6. [Before the Registrar. J The Registrar sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BE JAMES C. EOWLEI. The bankrupt, in person, applied for an order fixing date of laet examination. The Registrar made the order, fixing the date for December 3rd, on affidavit being resworn. BE SAMUEL BADDEN. On the application of Mr Thomas, the Registrar fixed the last examination for December 3rd. BE DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF FREDERICK PKIPER. On the application of Mr O'Neill the Registrar made an order declaring the deed of assignment completely executed.
