From the evidence of the plaintiff, it appears that on December 16th he saw two strange dogs on his freehold and in his paddocks chasing his sheep. He; caught one dog and he followed the other three miles. Seven sheep vi ere dead, and fourteen died afterwards. These were fifty lambs killed. He estimated the cost at £100, but agreed to take £50.
