Nelson v Hampton ; claim £7 10s ; Mr H. N. Nalder for tbe plaintiff. Adjourned to 12th August upon the application of defendant. Stout v Kelly ; claim to recover £1 10s Gd, rent due and possession of a tenement. Defendant admitted the debt, but objected to pay the taxes attached to the house. Judgment for the plaintiff for £12s Gd, and os costs. Same v Gallaghar ; claim to recover £5 8s and possession of a tenement. Case to stand over for a week.
