SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, March 21. [Before the Registrar.] The Registrar sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE EDGAR MORLEY BROUNCKER. Mr Harper applied for an order fixing date of final examination of the bankrupt. The Registrar made the order, fixing Thursday, 17th April. RE NEIL M'PHEE. Mr Slater, for Mr Joynt, applied for a like order. The Registrar made the order, fixing 17th April. RE THE PETITION OF W. H. PARTRIDGE, A CREDITOR, AND RE JOSEPH CULLIFORD. Mr Thomas, on behalf of the petitioning creditor, applied for an order confirming choice of trustee—Mr Walton—in the estate. The Registrar made the order. RE JOSEPH CULLIFORD. Mr Bamford applied for an order fixing date of final examination. The Registrar made the order as prayed, fixing 17th April. The Court then rose.
