NOTICE.
The TERMS upon which the above-men-tioned Property will be offered for sale on WEDNESDAY NEXT, FEBRUARY 19, are as follows, that is to say :— The purchaser shall pay. a deposit calculated at the rate of 10 per cent,, on his purchase money immediately on the sale, aud may at his option pay the balance of his purchase money on thc day fixed for the completion of the purchase, or may on that day pay two-thirds of such balance and give security over thc property purchased by him for the payment of the remainder of his purchase money to thc vendors with interest thereon at thc rate of 7 per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly, until the 1. th February, 1876, with power to pay off the monies secured at any time previously, on giving six months' notice in writing of his intention «o to do.
