If the. delinquent is riot the boa member for Christchurch East, I hope tho latter-will write, to the papers and say so. rH, pn the other hand, the member for Christchurch East is the man, I hope he will havo the decency to resign his seat during tho week, and not disgrace his constituents auy further. 7 **• Yours, kc.
