Drunk and Disorderly—James Barnett was brought up charged with this offence, committed at 6.30 p.m. on the previous day. He was arrested by constable Rutledge, who saw him with his coat off, and wanting to fight. Sergeant Pratt said accused was disorderly when being locked up. The offence was admitted. Accused said it was the first time he had been brought up. Fined 5s and costs.
