THHE PUBLIC are hereby CAUTIONED I that in consequence of the UNSOUND CONDITION of this BRIDGE, it is NOT SAFE to carry loads of greater weight than three tons weight. ABOUT 11.30 p.m. on the night of the 15th March, Six Stacks of Wheat, the property of Patrick Henly, of Shand's Track, of the value of £500 were wholly consumed by Fire. The stacks were in the centre of a paddock away from any house. Foot-prints were traced from the stacks to a gap in the hedge, where a box of matches was found dropped, most likely, by the person who set fire to the stacks ; and as there are good reasons for supposing that the fire originated by some evil-disposed person or persons, Notice is hereby given that a REWARD of Twenty-five Pounds will be paid by the Government for euch information as will lead to the conviction of the person or persons who originated the fire.
