KAIAPOI. Monday, Apbil 29. [Before J. Birch, Esq., J.P.J Puuxk and Disorderly.—.John Black w.-ks charged by Constable Rutledge with this offence committed on Sunday last. Fined .Is and costs. Lal!CF.vy.— Frank Lawson was charged with s.enliug a watch and chain, the property or Thomas Jones, master of the schooner Day Dawn, while the vessel was in Wellington. On th_ application of Sergeant Pratt a remand was granted till Tuesday morning, so as to enable the witnesses to attend.
