Mails close at the Chief Post-Office as under:— For the United Kingdom. Continent of Europe, Asia. Africa, America, the West Indies, via San Francisco, also the Sandwich Islands, per s.s. Phcebe (for transhipment to p.s. Nebraska at Auckland) on Saturday, Nov. 25th, at 1 p.m. Newspapers at 12 noon ; money orders and registered letters at 10.H0 a.m. For the Northern Provinces of New Zealand, per the s.s. Taranaki, this day (Saturday), at 4 p.m. For Dunedin, via the intermediate ports, per the Ahuriri, on Monday, the 20th inst., at 1.45 p.m. For Otago and Southland, per e.s. Wellington, on Saturday, the 18th instant, at 11.15 a,m. F. E. Weight. Chief Postmaster.
