1 GRATING'S. TO THE EDITOK Op TOR PRESS. g lß? —May I call the attention of the City Council to the advisability of adding to the number already laid down of broad wooden ratings at the crossings of the various streets. My shins bear testimony to the nuisance of having to make a '* step in the dark " from the road to the footpaths. The expense would be but trifling. Yours, kc, Cms.
