SUPREME COURT.

IN CHAMBERS. Tuesday. April 25. (Before E. S. Willcocks, Esq., Registrar.) The Registrar sat in Chambers yesterday at eleven a.m. In Bankbuptcy. be henby moss. Mr Wynn Williams, on behalf of Mr R. Sutherland, a creditor of the bankrupt, made an application for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. The Registrar made an order of absolute adjudication as prayed, fixing Wednesday, May 3, at three o'clock, for the first meeting of creditors ; the bankrupt to surrender on that date.
