Each Tenderer will be required to give security as provided for on the forms of Tender, for a Bum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of his tender, binding the tenderer to take up the service tendered for, 1 and sign the necessary contract bond, in the ' event of his tender being accepted. Forms of tender and security, with terms I and conditions of contract may be procured at any Post Office. No tender will be considered eligible, unless made on the printed form provided by the Department. This soap is prepared specially for woolBcouring, and is free from soda and all other ingredients calculated to harden and injure - the fibre of the wool. The fact of all scourers submitting samples of wool at the last Pastoral and Agricultural *> Show having used it in preference to any v other for getting up their competing sample is a sufficient guarantee of ite quality.
