Extension of Tables A, B, J, and C, to provide for tbe payment of Premiums by equitable half-yearly and quarterly instalments. 3. Adjusted Tables, D and E of the Endowment Branch. 4. A revised Table (X) for present Annuities, all which have been prepared by tbe Actuary. 3. Electing two Directors in lieu of George King, Esq., M.P:, and Samuel Lyons, Esq., who retire in terms of Bye-law 11., and both of whom are eligible for re-election. 4.
