Receiving the Report of tho Directors on the Business of the Society for the pait year. 2. Confirming, in terms of By-law XIV., the adoption of 1. Table of Rates for Survivorship Assurance. 2. Extension of Tables A, B, J, and C, to provide for tbe payment of Premiums by equitable half-yearly and quarterly instalments. 3. Adjusted Tables, D and E of the Endowment Branch. 4. A revised Table (X) for present Annuities, all which have been prepared by tbe Actuary. 3. Electing two Directors in lieu of George King, Esq., M.P:, and Samuel Lyons, Esq., who retire in terms of Bye-law 11., and both of whom are eligible for re-election. 4.
