A Regulation of the Council of tho City of Chrintrhuroh, under part VI. of tho 13th schedule of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867. In pursuance of the said schedule of tho snid Act, the Council of tho City of Christchurch make the following regulation (that ie to nay) : — I In ull cusps in which special permission shall not hnvc been first obtained from the Town clerk, under sections 2 and 3 of this Regulation, tho hour at which any building or ground, comprieod in section I of part VI. aforesaid shall bo closed, ehall be eleven of tho clock at night, and tho same shall not bo reopened or uaed for the purpose for which the sumo ie or ought to be registered, until aii of tho clock ou the following morning. 2. Permission may be granted by the Town Clerk to keep open or übo any such building or ground after the eaid hour of eleven o'clock, until euch time, and for such purpose, aa ahull be specified in euch permiaeion. 3. Such permission ehall be in writing, and signed by the Town Clerk, and shall bo granted only on application being made by or on behalf of tho registered occupier, at the Town Clerk's office, not later than four o'olook in tho afternoon of the day for which euch. permission shall be granted.
