IT is hereby notified for public information that the Township of Gisbome, situate at Turanganui, Poverty Bay, on land purchased by the Government for that purpose from the natives will be SOLD by AUCTION at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on the 13th day of APRIL, 1870. Also, on the same day after the completion of sale of the town, a number of Suburban Sections situate in the immediate neighbour* hood of the township, varying in size from one acre to ten and a half acres, will be offered for sale. A schedule of the town and suburban sections to be submitted for sale will be hereafter published. Plans of the town and suburban land can be seen on application at the.
