The brig Princess Alice was yesterday towed off the Government wharf into the stream, preparatory to her departure for Newcastle. The barque Joliba having tait en in her ballast was towed off Peacock's wharf into the fairway yesterday morning, and was to sail last night for Newcastle, N 8 W, in ballast. The NZ3S Co's ss Rangatira, Captain F Renner, arrived in harbor at 10 a m yesterday, having left Port Chalmers at 11 a m on Sunday, and experienced light SB whids and fine weather during the passage. . The s s Rangatira sailed again at 545 p m yesterday for Wellington, Ifapier, and Auckland.
