The present Bailiff is doubtless very well fitted for the office he holds, but I submit that he ought not to be allowed to carry on the business of debt collector end special bailiff also. I do not beiiere that any one-official under Government is better paid for hie work than the above; but for other reasons I protest against him noting in tne above capacities. A dinner might bo managed at a few shillings per head, let tickets be sold beforehand, not only to Volunteers, but those who have been in the ranks, and we shall have a good muster. Wβ are so languid now that we require something of this sort to cheer us up a bit j besides unity is strength, and it will help to bring us all together, and that is something. Yours, : Bahbod.
