CHARLES CLARK'S AUCTION ROOM, IN CHRISTCHURCH, ON THURSDAY, MAY 13. MR. CHARLES CLARK has received instructions to SELL as above named, THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES :— LOT 1. A Leasehold in the City of Christchurch, being those most excellent premises situated at the corner of Colombo street and Cathedral square, at present occupied by Messrs J. M. Heywood and Co, and Mr F. W. Thiel. The lease has about fourteen years to run, at a low ground rent, and is under mortgage to the Lyttelton Land and Building Society, No 2. J LOT 2.
