Heywood and Co, and Mr F. W. Thiel. The lease has about fourteen years to run, at a low ground rent, and is under mortgage to the Lyttelton Land and Building Society, No 2. J LOT 2. Two Bplendid sections of Freehold Land, of a quarter of an aore each, situated on the Town Belt South, close to Colombo street and the Railway. LOT 3.
