Chbistchttbch—April 27. [Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M.] DBUNK AND DISOBDBBLY. M:uy Ann Kirkwood, on remand from the 26th „ was charged with the above offence. There being several previous conviction! against prisoner his Worship sentenced her to fourteen days* imprisonment with hard labor. CIVIL. Judgments for full amount and costs were givem in the following cases: —Avon Road Board v De Troy, £5 12s 6dj Garrick and Cowlishaw v Brace, £7 9s lOd; Hale v No-
land, £2 6s; Chapman v Going, 12s ; Ihff v Kerr, £7 5s ; judgment for £5 ss. Avon Road Board v Graham (trustee in estate of W. De Troy)-—£9 os. Plaintiff nonsuited. Rowley vDe Troy—£s 4s 2d. Judgment for defendant. Klipsch v Oswald—£3 8s 2d. Judgment for defendant.
Lyttelton—Apbil 27. [Before Wm. Donald, Keg., R.M.] Hill v Bray—Claim, 12s 6d. Judgment for lis, and 9s costs Jones v Matters and Owners of Aurora — Claim £28. Mr Nalder for defendant tendered into Court £15 Is 4d. Judgment for £15 Is 4d, plaintiff to pay costs, 22s ; and professional fee, 21s. There were also several other cases settled out of Couit.
