[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington", April 23, 7.30 p.m. Captain Benson's house was sold by auction to-day, with its freehold site, to Mr W. Turnbull, for £1600. The house cost £3000 two years ago. Sixty bales of flax from Manawatu arrived to-day for shipment to England. Mr Eitzherbert arrived by the Bangitoto last night. No news from the front.
