RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Chbistchubch —March 10. [Before Win. Donald, Esq., B.M. (Lyttelton), and John Studholme, Esq , J.P.] DRUNKENNESS. Mary Holmes was charged with having been drunk and disorderly, and using obscene language in the vicinity of the Theatre on Tuesday night. Convicted, and sentenced to one month's imprisonment, with hard labor. ABSON. Eichard Kirkpatrick was brought up on remand, charged with the above offence. A number of witnesses were examined, whose evidence corroborated that already pub. lished, and eventually prisoner was committed for trial at the next session of the Supreme Court. Mr Joynt appeared for the prisoner.
