In the matter of tho Bankruptcy Act 1867 and 18G3 In the matter of the petition of Fbancis Habtey of Christchurch in tho Baid district labourer a bankrupt. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an order of this Honorable Court made on the nineth of February last past the above-named Francis Harvey was declared and adjudged a bankrupt and Wednesday seventeenth day of February instant at eleven o'clock in the forenoon was appointed for the first meeting of creditors when there being no attendance the meeting was adjourned until Wednesday next the twentyfourth day of February at eleven o'clock in the forenoon at the Chamber of the Registrar of tho Honorable Court in Durham street in the city of Christchurch at which meeting the creditors may choose a trustee and supervisors of the said bankrupt's estate pursuant to the provisions of the said Acts and proofs of claims of creditors will be received.
