! New Advertisements. BOROUGH OF KAIAPOI. I HEREBY give notice that in pursuance of the "Municipal Corporations. Act, 1867, section 113" 17 appoint Friday, the twenty-ninth day of this instant, January, at, the Council Chamber in Kaiapoi,* for the purpose of electing one person,, being duly qualified, to act as Councillor for the-Borough of Kaiapoi, in the place of Mr William JJixoa Buddie, whose offioe as Councillor fias;become vacant. ' In pursuance of section 83 of the said Act 11 require all candidates at such election to be nominated, at the Council Chamber aforesaid,.
