In the Matter of Charles Woodham of Christchurch in the said district Baker lately carrying on business in Manchester Btreet Christohurch aforesaid a bankrupt NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the said Charles Woodham has by order bearing date the eleventh day of August last been adjudged Bankrupt under, a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy | filed in this Honorable Court on the tenth day of August last And that at a meeting of creditors held at the office of the Regis trar on the nineteenth day of August last James Edwin Graham of Christchurch accountant was chosen trustee of the estate and effects of the said Charles Woodham and that the Court has by order bearing date the twontyeighth day of August last confirmed such choice And notice is hereby further given j that a public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination and to make application for his discharge will be held before his Honor Mr Justice Gresson on Thursday the eighth day of October next at the Court House Christchurch at eleven o'olock in the forenoon.
