SAUCE. LEA AND PERRINS' WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. Pronounced by Connoisseurs to be the only good Sauce, and applicable to every variety of diah. Extract from a letter from a Medical Gentleman at Madras to Mβ brother at Worcester, May, 1851 :— "Tell Lea and Perrins that their Sauce is highly esteemed in India, and is, in my opinion, the most palatable as well as the most wholesome sauce that is made." Caution.— Lea and Perrins beg to caution the public against spurious imitations of their celebrated Worcestershire sauce. L. and P. have discovered that several of the foreign markets have been supplied with spurious imitations, the labels closely resembling those of the genuine saune. and in one or more instances the name of L. and P. forged. THE MOST WONDERFUL DISCOVERY OF THE Al>E J CARANGARA BLACK OXIDE OF i COPPER POMADE, for the Cure of Baldness, and preventing the hair falling off. —The wonderful property of the black oxide of copper from the Carangara Mine was accidentally discovered by a miner named John Youille, who, after being completely bald for over twenty years, can now boast of as fine a I head of hair as ever graced the head of a king entirely through its agency. The New Zealand public have therefore a remedy which, for the cure of baldness and strengthening tho hair, has never been equalled ; one of the best proofs of its efficacy is, that since its discovery, a little over twelvemonths, more than a quarter of a million pots have been sold!
