Each Service, as above enumerated, to be tendered fbr eep_r_tely. Services at present performed by Coach may be tendered for to be performed by Mail Cart. Each tender must be accompanied by a security, in a form which may be obtained at any Post-Office in the province, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of the tender, and to be enclosed with the tender, binding the tenderer to take up the Service tendered for, and sign the necessary contract bond in the event of his tender being accepted. For terms and conditions of contract apply to any Poat-Of_.ee in the province. Tenders to be endorsed " Tender for Mail Service No. ," and addressed to the Postmaster-General, Wellington. F. E.
