I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to Clause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that an APPLICATION has been LODGED in the Land Office, Christohurch, by George Williamson Hall, as holder of Pasturage License, No. 269, class 3, to have the present license cancelled, and in lieu thereof to have a separate license issued to John Hail of the northern portion of the said run containing five thousand acres (more or less), being bounded on the north, east and west by the northern, eastern and western boundaries of the said run, and on the south by a line parallel to tho northern boundary, to include tho above quantity; and a separate license to the said George Williamson Hall; which shall comprise the remaining or southern portion of the said run No. 269, containing fifteen thousand acres (more or leas), and being bounded on the northward by the five thousand acres above described. If any person can show cause why such separate Licenses as aforesaid should not be issued, the same must be made known to tbe Waste Lands Board before the 18th day of June, 1868.
