Walker Brothers and Clogstoun, by their attorney, H. H. Deßoiirbel, as holders of Pasturage Licenses Noe. 240, 255, and 331, to have fresh licenses of the said runs issued to them by the Waste Lands Board which shall omit a certain portion of the land originally included therein, comprising 7845 acres or thereabouts, and to have the portion of land so omitted included in Pasturage License No. 646, now held by Mr. Charles George If any person can show cause why such fzesh licensee as aforesaid should not be issued, the same i:>ust be made known to the Waste Lands Board before the 30th day of January, 1868.
